Small group yoga classes

  • Small Group Classes (2-10 participants): Using breath, postures, guided imagery, mindfulness, and yogic philosophy to provide a therapeutic environment for your in-studio yoga practice. Mats, blocks, straps, chairs, blankets, bolsters  are provided, but you are always welcome to bring your own. (60 minutes)
  • Private Therapeutic Yoga Sessions (one-on-one): We will develop a program that fits your needs, mentally and physically.  Manual stretching and soft tissue work may be used as needed. (60 minutes)
