There are certainly other aspects I would address, such as lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, etc. However, the emphasis of this post is on the physical aspects to help you with rotator cuff-related shoulder pain. You will find strengthening, flexibility, and breath practices taken from yoga asana and pranayama. Posture is also a key component. These will address not only the shoulder, but the surrounding musculature as it is all connected and related.
